Colonic Irrigation, also known as Colon Hydrotherapy or “Detox” in Asia, is a safe and effective method of removing waste from the large intestine. By introducing filtered water into the colon, waste is softened and loosened, resulting in evacuation through normal peristalsis.

Colon hydrotherapy is best used in combination with an adequate nutrient and fluid intake as well as exercise and Chi Nei Tsang (abdominal massage).
The colon has been referred to as "the sewer system of the body." It is the place where we store the waste material that most of us would rather not think about and most of us don't until our physical, mental, or spiritual health becomes compromised.

Colonic Irrigation improves the function of all organs of the body resulting in more energy and vitality. Normally, our organs are able to dump toxins into the bowel instead of holding them; however, when the colon is congested, the other elimination channels (liver, kidney, skin, lungs, etc.) must retain a larger part of the wastes.

Colon irrigation not only removes impaction, parasites, gases and cellular debris, but it cleanses and rejuvenates that portion of the immune system that resides in the intestinal tract. Colon irrigation provides external drainage from the rectum and internal drainage via the lymphatic system. The body is then able to release accumulated toxins and assimilate nutrition. Regeneration is possible because assimilation and elimination are brought back into balance, and the gentle movement of water exercises the peristaltic muscles resulting in increased colon efficiency.

There is mainly 2 ways Colonic Irrigation gets the water into the colon. One is where the water is held higher than the person and flows down just by gravity, while the dirty water is evacuated via the natural way above the toilet bowl. This method is also known as Colema. It's the method we employ using a sophisticated Japanese water filtration system using 8 different filters, assuring a very high quality and purity.
The other method uses a specific machine where the pressurised water is introduced into the rectum while an other tube absorbs the dirty water.

Chi Nei Tsang

Chi Nei Tsang, also know as Abdominal Detox Massage or Internal Detox Massage treatment, involve using a gentle, soft, and deep touch to the abdomen to encourage and train the internal organs to work more efficiently and to deal with unprocessed emotional charges.
Centuries ago, Taoist Sages practiced Chi Nei Tsang to clear and discharge old energy and information stored in their internal.
Chi means energy; Nei Tsang refers to the internal organs. From this comes Chi Nei Tsang, the art of applying Chi Kung (energy work) to the transformation of old energy and information stored in the viscera.
This stored energy and information may include undigested emotional charges and traumas of the past that are waiting to be processed.

Our digestive system processes emotion and food in exactly the same way. Things that are hard to swallow, to break down, and to assimilate are stored and digested slowly, over a period of time; some are so hard to break down and digest that they go into permanent storage, where they remain immobile and undisturbed.
Physiologically, blocking off the fascia prevents the smooth flow of lymph fluids, blood, oxygen, and energy. In the view of traditional Chinese medicine, such stagnant and congested energy is what enables disease to take hold. The emotional charges and traumas of the past held in these storage sites keep all our physical systems (respiratory, hormonal, circulatory, muscular, skeletal, and so on) highly activated and hyper vigilant - toxifying our entire being, constantly flooding us with stress hormones, and making our entire system acidic. Karsai Nei Tsang

Karsai Nei Tsang, also know as Genital Therapeutic Detox Massage, works on the blockages and "Karsai" that happen in all parts of the body.
Karsai means the sedimentation in the veins. These blockages come from the aging process, emotional and physical traumas, various toxins from our polluted world and too much stress.
These conditions may cause or speed up the blockages.
There are many different types of blockages. There are blockages in our circulatory systems that affect blood and lymphatic flow, blockages that cause our organs to function poorly; especially the kidney, bladder, spleen, pancreas, lung, prostate gland, testicles, uterus and vagina, energy blockages, blockages in our tendons plus fascia and muscles, to name just a few.

Karsai Nei Tsang focuses on the blockages in the genital area, especially the blockages that take the form of sedimentation in the veins. In order to have healthy, functioning genitals we need a rich supply of blood flow. When this blood flow becomes blocked with crystal like sedimentation and fatty deposits, the human sexual arousal response is greatly affected.
With a poor blood flow to the genital area men will experience difficulty in getting and maintaining a good erection.
Because a woman’s arousal also depends on a healthy blood flow, she will have difficulty with getting the proper swelling of her labia and clitoris and producing the sexual fluids.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Lymphatic Drainage Massage also known as Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) is an advanced form of massage that aims to stimulate the lymphatic system to remove congestion and stagnation from within the body, and so help it return to a healthy condition.

MLD therapy utilizes gentle massage strokes that remove blockages and promotes proper lymph flow. This is important because it is the primary function of the lymph system to defend the body against disease by cleansing, detoxifying and nourishing the body's tissues. Thus, when the lymph system is blocked, toxins and plasma may accumulate causing interference with cell nourishment and depressing the immune system.
In addition, the lymph vessels offer a variety of routes for cancer cells to move from one site to another.

The lymph vascular system has no heart of its own, and lymph flow depends largely upon the kneading action of neighbouring skeletal muscles alternately contracting and relaxing, hence the importance of exercise and massage to keep the lymphatic system functioning efficiently.

Symptoms that are said to respond well to MLD are a weakened immune system, chronic congestion (sinus etc), breast cysts and fibroids, rheumatoid arthritis and the healing of wounds, burns and scars. MLD is also often incorporated into the treatment and control of Lymphoedema.

Intense Light Therapy Massage

During the session, an Intense Light Therapy device emitting red and infrared light is used to massage the body.
Although the visible red and invisible infrared portion of the spectrum has been shown to
have highly absorbent and unique therapeutic effects in living tissues, it is mainly because of its effect on the lymphatic system that we use it on our Detox programs.

A large number of lymphatic channels lie directly beneath the skin.
Research has shown that the lymph vessel diameter and the flow of the lymph system can be doubled with the use of Intense Light Therapy, facilitating toxins removal while stimulating the release of adenosine triphosphate (ATP). Detox Foot Spa

Our Detox Foot Spa device creates precisely the same type of healing ions as found in the air after an electric storm or when walking along a beach while the waves are crashing. Millions of negatively charged ions are produced that alkalise the blood and tissue. In the Detox Foot Spa your feet are in direct contact with such ions as the device creates them in the water.

An ion is a charged atom that has gained or lost an electron. This creates a magnetic field capable of attaching to and neutralizing oppositely charged particles.
