Har Har Har Har Gobinde
Har Har Har Har Mukande
Har Har Har Har Udare
Har Har Har Har Apare
Har Har Har Har Hariang
Har Har Har Har Kariang
Har Har Har Har Nirname
Har Har Har Har Akame

The 4 repetitions of “Har” give power to our Pranic body and amplify the eight facets of the Self invoked.
They transform fear into determination and provide the energy to break from past
blocks. This will invites new energy to actualize our deep potential and lead us toward
our highest destiny.

The posture is:
Virasana, sitting on left ankle, left knee on the floor, right knee up.
Arms parallel to the floor, forearms bend at 90 degree, right forearm above
left forearm.
Eyes 1/10th open focusing at the tip of the nose.
Project the sound “Har” from your navel area.

This meditation is composed of 150 repetitions of the mantra Ek Ong Kar Sat Nam Siri Wahe
Guru.
Please check the explanations on how to practice it - a shorter 11 minutes YouTube Video - that you can view HERE

We have created this 2.5 hour Long Ek Ong Kar YouTube video to support those who couldn’t join any group for practicing it and may be reluctant to do it on their own without support.

This meditation has been taught by Yogi Ji in 1969.
To my knowledge, no video has been made where he describes the technique in the finest detail.
Therefore, it not unusual to notice several variations in the way this meditation is taught and practiced by the different teachers.

I believe it is very important that you view this explanation video HERE and read the YouTube description below it, if you are not already familiar with this practice.

Mantras & Meditations. Humee Hum

Humee Hum Tumee Tum Wahe Guru Mantra

Listen and download HERE

YouTube Video HERE

Humee Hum Tumee Tum Wahe Guru.

This mantra is translated as “I’m Thine in Mine Myself, Wahe Guru”.
I have seen several explanations on the meaning of this mantra. Some very short and other very long.
I share here the meaning according to my own understanding: “I’m Thine in Mine Myself, Wahe Guru” I understand: “I’m You in the very core of my being, O God.”

God's essence fills the entire Universe, lies in every being.
If you practice as a couple, you say to your partner: I’m you, in the very core of my own being, that is God.
If you practice on your own, you say to God: I’m You, in the very core of my being, O God.
With this meditation, you acknowledge that the essence of God lies in you and every being.

A Tantric Celestial Communication on this mantra will lift and reinforce your destiny as a couple as well as your personal aura by its work on the upper chakras,
When practiced on your own, this Celestial Communication will lift and reinforce your connection to God, help you experience your highest destiny while strengthen your personal aura.

Remember to tune in by chanting 3 times the mantra Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo at the beginning of any Kundalini Yoga meditation, and tune out with the mantra Sat Nam (3 times).

Mantras & Meditations. Guru Ram Das

Guru Ram Das Mantra

YouTube Video HERE

Yogi Bhajan always warned us that the time ahead would be extremely difficult and prepared us for that.
One of his mottoes was “Hail Guru Ram Das and Heal the World”.

He insisted that we should include everyone, ignore nobody as Guru Ram Das does not distinguish between Christian, Muslim, Buddhist, Jew, Atheist, Zionist, Satanist or anything else.
Guru Ram Das carries the energy of healing and miracles and will bless anyone who tunes to its frequency.

His vision is a world where, with the help of Guru Ram Das, the transition from one Age to another could be accomplished in the most graceful way possible, knowing that we now live the “End Times” as announced by several ancient traditions.

The fact is that we are in the process of a great transformations made possible by technology.

Will this transformation work toward a liberation from poverty, slavery, genocide, destruction and the blooming of fraternal human love and respect between the different races that populate this earth, or will we see the worsening of the situation?
Time will tell and each of us will weigh in the making of the difference.

Yogi Bhajan says: "You must understand that Guru Ram Das is a Lord of Miracles and His house stands as a crown on this earth. And those who are the servants of that crown, shall serve. You'll be tested, tortured and mocked. It's not your fault. It happens. But let you all be understanding this: when you go and serve in the Name of Guru Ram Das, the Lord of the Miracles, all miracles shall happen."
